We aim to take the hassle out of holidays. With a small collection of four private pool villas offering 1, 2, 3 and 5 bedrooms, our villas are designed as a home away from home in central Seminyak. Our team of staff work till 10pm daily, while security is on hand 24 hours a day for any last minute things you need. Our services include a cooked breakfast daily in your villa, while in-villa massages and spa treatments are just a phone call away. Spacious living areas lead directly to the garden, a sun deck and sparkling natural stone swimming pools.  Upstairs comfortable bedrooms lead to private verandahs and each has a private ensuite bathroom.

A short walk down the pretty residential street where our villas are located brings you to Oberoi Road, full of great restaurants and shops, or to the beach where you’ll find some of the island’s best beachclubs including Kudeta and La Lucciola. We believe holidays should never be a hassle so simply pack your suitcase and leave the rest to us.
