    The Kumpi Villas is ideally located on a quiet residential street within easy walking distance of many of Seminyak’s best restaurants, shops and beach clubs. A quick 10 minute walk takes you to the famous beach club KU DE TA and on to the beach front. An hour from the airport at most, the location is also centrally located for day trips to Canggu, Ubud and Uluwatu.

    Your private luxury villa is conveniently located close to boutiques, shopping malls, supermarkets and delis. It’s just a 5 minute walk to Oberoi Road, one of Bali’s most fashionable shopping streets where you will also find some local markets. Wake up and enjoy the beach, an easy ten minute walk from your villa, and the famous sunsets at  Bali’s iconic beach clubs. Our transport shuttle is available to drop you around the Seminyak area from 2 pm – 6 pm. Please book our free shuttle bus in advance at reception.
